Welcome to claritylift. These terms govern your use of all services, informational products, and physical goods offered through claritylif.info.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all offerings provided by claritylift, including but not limited to live online trainings, digital materials, and branded merchandise.

2. Service Offerings

Short online trainings are live or scheduled sessions designed to help clear mental noise and regain focus for personal and work decisions.

2.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling

Clients may schedule sessions through the booking system. To reschedule, submit a request at least 48 hours before the original session via our contact form. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

2.2 Cancellation and Refunds

If a session is cancelled by the client more than 48 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Sessions cancelled less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable due to reserved availability.

3. Informational Products

Digital products include recorded tutorials, e-books, and course materials delivered electronically.

3.1 Access and Delivery

Materials are delivered via email link or user account upon purchase confirmation.

3.2 Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, provided less than 20% of content has been accessed. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of confirmation and access will be revoked.

4. Physical Goods

Physical items such as books or branded materials are shipped from our office.

4.1 Shipping

Shipments originate from 10 Bayfront Avenue, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore 018956. Delivery times vary by destination.

4.2 Returns and Refunds

Unopened merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt. To initiate, contact us via our contact form for instructions. Once returned items are inspected and approved, refunds will be issued within 14 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

claritylift is committed to client satisfaction. Refunds are handled as follows:
